Study on the Availability, Price, and Affordability of Independent Blood Glucose Measuring Device in Indonesia

Study Periode : August 2022 – February 2023

This study aims to evaluate and compare the availability, price (prive procured by government and price paid by patients/private sector) and afordability of:

1. Self-monitoring blood glucose (SMBG) tools include a glucometer, test strips and lancets
2. Continuous self-monitoring of blood glucose (CGS)
3. Insulin and devices for use of insulin

The roles of CEPHAS was collectiong data from 4 provinces that include North Sumatera (medan and Labuhan Batu), NTT (Kupang and TTS), Jakarta, and West Kalimantan (Pontianan and Kapuas Hulu).
